Situation: This apartment hotel is centrally located and just 300 m from the beach. Countless shopping venues, bars and restaurants can be reached in just a few minutes walk and the harbour is just 50 m away. Links to the public transport network are located in the immediate vicinity (around 50 m from the hotel). Calan Bosch is situated 7.5 km south of Ciudadela close to the Artrutx lighthouse. Its lake has been turned into a tourist marina. This is an exceptional spot with a large number of prisitne coves and beaches, streching fro Son Xoriguer to Cala Galdana, where one can enjoy the cleasr blue waters of the Mediterranean

Lodging: The studios have telephone, air conditioning, safe-deposit box, TV, kitchen, refrigerator, a living room with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, a complet bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer and all of them with balcony. The apartments have a big living room and 1 extra room separated.

Services: Renovated in 2004, the complex lies surrounded by a wonderful 10,000 m² garden. Comprising a 2-storey main building and 2-storey annexe block, a total of 190 apartments and studios are on offer. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant, a public Internet terminal, a bike hire service a car park . Room and laundry services are also on offer. Younger guests may make use of the playground and there is a kids' club for those aged over 4 years of age.

Sports: The apart-hotel offers its guests use of an indoor pool (heated), a pool, a children's pool, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols laid out ready for use as well as an aerobic and gym studio. For an additional fee, guests may gain access to the sauna, steam baths, and massage parlour (special spa offer) as well as tennis court and billiard/snooker facilities. Table tennis, bocce and Volleyball may also be played as well as Golf (around 25 km away).
