Situation: The resort is located on the tourist zone of Funchal, 5 minutes' away from the centre of the city. The beach and a variety of restaurants and bars, a supermarket and a shopping centre can be found in the hotel's vicinity.

Lodging: All the luxury rooms have private balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the rooms guests will find a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, cable TV, Internet access (with charge), minibar, central heating and safe (free of charge). Guests can choose between side sea view rooms, located on the 1st and 2nd floors and Superior front ocean view rooms from the 3rd to the 10th floor. Executive Suites have separate bedroom with king size bed, living room with balcony with front ocean view and bathroom with hydromassage bath. The Family Superior room is one unit bedroom with 51m2 and two completely and private separate areas, one with a king size bed and balxony with front ocean view and the other with twin individual beds and window with panoramic view to the Hotel ground.

Services: With an elegance as all-embracing as the sea that surrounds it, this resort, which is situated above the ocean and surrounded by gardens, consists of 2 buildings of contemporary architectural design that allow the entrance of natural light into all its public areas as well as into 276 double rooms and 24 suites, with private balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, conference facilities and Internet (payable) access. There is a kids' club with several activities for children. Parking facilities are also available. Room and laundry services, as well as medical assistance, complete the services on offer at this hotel.

Board: Daily buffet breakfast is served in the Garden Restaurant. Continental breakfast is available in the Silver Lounge. À la carte lunch or light snacks are are available in the Ocean Restaurant. Dinner is available in the Garden Restaurant as a buffet or set menu or à la carte in the Living Lounge.

Sports: The hotel offers 2 indoor swimming pools, 2 outdoor swimming pools (saltwater), children's swimming area, a snack bar, sun loungers, hot tub, sauna, steam baths, Turkish bath, gym open 24 hours (free of charge) and spa. Waterskiing, surfing, banana boating, windsurfing, canoeing and pedalos are also on offer (payable).
